established in January of 2003 by two local contractors who have
been doing business in the Reno, Sparks area for over 20 years.
They are committed to developing unique communities and building
quality, up scaled custom homes.
Their first development “Town & Country Estates” is in Sparks,
and was completed in 2005. It has seven beautiful homes spread
out along a private road and cul-de-sac. This first project drew
enthusiastic buyers, and sold out very quickly. Currently J & A
Development is working on their second community, “Quail
Landing”, right here in Sparks as well. Here you will find a
secluded neighborhood with room to breathe. All home sites are
1/3+ acre. J&A Development is building 14 homes ranging from
